Complex problems often require simple solutions. Problems become complex when we fail to hear each other. We call this 'fragmentation'. When policy makers through to service users fail to hear each other, it often creates "stuckness".
Yet by bringing the right people across the system together, into a safe environment, allowing them to think together, brainstorm ideas and prototype solutions, using a tried and tested design methodology, a transformative cohesiveness can break through even the trickiest of problems. We call this "co-design".
